Our first plant in New Zealand was built in the harbour town of Timaru in 2006. After extensive consultation, the decision was made in favour of our GORE® composting system to process waste into high-quality compost in the shortest possible time. Around 20,000 tonnes of biowaste and green waste are composted every year.
