Waste Expo Brasil 2024

With more than 10,000 visitors annually, Waste Expo Brazil is the largest trade fair in Latin America dedicated to the comprehensive management of solid waste, recycling, public cleaning, urban sanitation and sustainable energy generation. In addition to a variety of technical presentations and workshops in which experts will discuss current trends and best practices, visitors can expect an extensive program that also includes panel discussions and networking opportunities.

From October 22 to 24, 2024, we will be represented at Waste Expo Brazil in São Paulo as part of the German Pavilion, where we will be presenting our "Made in Germany" technologies to an international audience together with ten other exhibitors. The German Pavilion offers us and other German companies a platform to present innovative solutions and sustainable approaches in waste management at global trade fairs such as this one.

At this year's Waste Expo, we are proud to present our innovative composting system for biological waste treatment with the GORE® Cover. Our closed windrow composting system utilizes a membrane-covered, pressure-aerated and oxygen-controlled composting technology that provides an efficient solution for composting a wide range of organic waste. The GORE® Cover consists of a three-layer laminate that reliably protects organic waste from the elements while retaining odors, dust and bacteria. The breathable membrane under the GORE® Cover creates an ideal microclimate that microorganisms need to quickly convert organic waste into high-quality compost. This combination not only effectively reduces odors and emissions, but also enables a flexible expansion of capacity from 1,000 to up to 1,000,000 tons per year.

Our highlight this year is our new wireless temperature monitoring system, which sets new standards in waste treatment. This innovative system enables flexible handling without the hassle of cable connections and at the same time provides precise temperature measurements. With the help of our "iCompost" software, the regulation of the oxygen content is also optimally supported.
