Project TSSD

Project details

The Timpanogos Special Services District, or TSSD for short, has decided to use our UTV technology in its own plant. The TSSD composting plant in American Fork, Utah, was commissioned in 2010. Since then, it has been processing an exceptionally large annual capacity of around 60,000 tonnes of green waste and sewage sludge. The TSSD's composting facility comprises 24 membrane-covered windrows consisting of green waste mixed with sewage sludge. The GORE® Cover System reduces odor concentration by up to 97%. It is approved under the latest regulations in California, which has the strictest air quality regulations in the US.
