As a multi-utility provider, Linz AG is responsible for energy supply, public transport and municipal services in Linz, Upper Austria. Our mechanical-biological waste treatment plant with an annual volume of approx. 45,000 tonnes was commissioned in 2007 and operated until 2012. Since the construction of the residual waste treatment plant (RABA), the MBT plant has served as an outage plant for planned (revision) and unplanned shutdowns. Our plants are flexible and can be utilized as required.
