We at UTV AG were able to inspire ReNature GmbH, a certified waste management company based in Bottrop, with our successful UTV system. Since the commissioning of the new system in 2024, ReNature GmbH has relied on our advanced technologies for the efficient processing of green waste and organic fresh compost.
ReNature GmbH is known for its expertise in sustainable waste management and offers innovative solutions for the efficient recycling of organic waste. Prior to commissioning, only green waste could be processed.
With our new UTV system, ReNature can now process around 14,000 tons of green waste and organic fresh compost every year.
Our ventilation system enables a short composting time of 6 weeks through controlled ventilation and converts this green and organic waste into high-quality finished compost with the RAL quality mark. This is crucial for an optimal oxygen supply, which accelerates microbial activity and raises waste decomposition to a new level. This improved aeration allows the plant to ensure even and continuous temperature control, which is essential for composting efficiency.
This not only leads to a considerable reduction in the amount of waste, but also encourages the return of valuable nutrients to the natural cycle.
A special feature of our system is our "iCompost" software, which monitors the composting process using pressure and temperature sensors.The software enables continuous monitoring and adjustment of the composting process to ensure consistently high compost quality. The highlight: the monitoring works completely wirelessly - with the latest wireless technology.
Our system is characterized not only by its technical performance, but also by its environmental friendliness. Our GORE® Cover ensures effective control of odors and emissions, eliminating the need for a biofilter system. The winding unit makes the covers easy to handle. This means that the GORE© Cover can be picked up from the windrow for subsequent moving or screening without manual labor.
